Camp 2003

Camper registration for St. Xenia Camp 2003 is beginning December 1st, 2002. Given the large number of camper registrants in 2002, and the likelihood of an even bigger camp in 2003, campers are encouraged to register early. The camp has a limited number of spaces, and late registrants may not be assured placement. Please register early! All applications received before May 1st, 2003 will be discounted $10.00 from the registration fee.

I want to invite you to St. Xenia Camp 2003. The dates for this year begin with camp starting on Sunday, August 17th and ending on Saturday, August 23rd. I would love to see you there. Great plans are underway in making St. Xenia Camp 2003 better than ever.

Who: Boys and girls, ages 8-16, who are looking for a fun-filled, wholesome, and memorable week in an Orthodox camp setting. Registration forms and instructions are available from your parish priest or Camp Contact person (each parish has one).

Each parish will receive a Camp Packet which will include the camper Health Forms you need. These forms cannot be emailed or copied. If you would like a copy mailed to you, please contact the Camp Registrar, Presbytera Victoria Fleser at (617) 323-6379 (or) email her at vikki@homb.org
Make your doctor appointments now!
It often takes months to get in to see a doctor for a physical exam. The Health Forms must be submitted before a camper can attend camp. Health Forms may come to camp with a camper. However, if it is at all possible, please get your forms in soon. The processing of all the forms by the Camp Doctor is a time consuming task and any help is appreciated to get these in before the first day of camp. Send completed forms to:
